The CAPA Mock Examination is designed especially for our Pre-Primary and Primary students as they prepare to progress to the next level of their ballet training.

For many young dancers, this may be their very first experience of entering an examination setting. The mock exam recreates the structure of a formal ballet examination, allowing students to become familiar with the exam room, etiquette, order of exercises and overall sequence in a supportive and familiar environment.

During the mock examination, our teachers guide students through the process just as they would experience it in an actual exam. Parents are invited to observe, giving them an opportunity to see their child’s progress and better understand how a ballet examination is conducted.

More than simply assessing technique, the CAPA Mock Examination helps students build confidence, independence and familiarity with the examination process, making their first steps into formal dance assessment a positive and encouraging experience.
